			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">A healthy diet for children during the holidays is a terrible time to try new things. The same applies to us. Maybe you finally get your kids to eat healthy fruits and vegetables, and now you give them cookies and candy every time they turn around.The children eat a lot of sugar in the holidays, but there is a way to reduce the amount of sugar.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">You do not want to act like Scrooge and prevent them from having fun during the best time of year. But as a parent, you need some prudent steps to take to your child as healthy as possible. Healthy habits that they start now, even during the vacation will last, when they grow up.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Cashew Nut<br />
Pretzels<br />
Sunflower seeds (shelled)<br />
Raisins and / or dried cranberries and / or goji berries<br />
Raw organic cocoa<br />
Be creative with the ingredients. You can also dry cereal, nuts, almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, dried blueberries, banana chips and dried apricots. Mix everything and is ready to eat.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">In the previous article, I discussed plans for healthy meals for the whole family.Today I will still be more accurate, and I will discuss plans for healthy meals for children. The children are very intelligent and are extremely quick to pick up changes in lifestyle and habits. Therefore, it is extremely important to keep the children in their plans for healthy meals.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As we all know it is not extremely important that we &#8220;count&#8221; calories our children. We need to make sure they have enough healthy diet and a healthy relationship with them snacks.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Snacks should be the prices. What I mean by reward. Well, after dinner, when the children were eating their vegetables, then you can say .. &#8221;You only get a cookie if you eat all your vegetables.&#8221; This works up to about 5, then they begin to demand more. But I will not go so far in this article.<br />

OK, so that the affected children. Here are some fun ways kids are in their plans to keep healthy meals, which can actually make your job a little easier when lunch.</p>
